one possible master plan for this day

take a look at Things.
divide them in three piles:
1. Things, that should have been done yesterday
2. Things, that need to be done at this very moment
3. Things, that need to be done after Things in group 2.

look at the first Things. are there some, that could be divided into group 2 or 3 now, and are there some, that you cannot do now anyway? Things, that you did not do at all, make other Things sometimes easier. or lesser.
look at the second Things. pick some of them and do them immidiately. don't dwell on the first Things. don't worry about the third. do them quickly and without any hassle. don't be overly emotional about them.
feel good about yourself now. you did some Things.

listen to Things. some of them breathe out. some of them hold their breath. could you regroup something? maybe you have to wait for some Things originally from group 2 to get an answer for your actions you just carried out. that means, that they are truly in group 3.

pick one or two Things from group 2 and do them calmly. it would be nice, if you would be drinking tea at the same time.

change the place now. go home, or have a lunch, or a laugh. don't smoke, even if you feel like it. every cigarette is a little suicide. it does not help you with Things.

now start everything from the beginning, if the day should go on. but maybe it is coming to an end? and you can start tomorrow. really. some Things maybe sort themselves out in between.

the important part is, don't be devoted to Things. they are not your life. something else is, even if you don't know it. Things are just there to be done or not done.
preferrably while drinking tea.
